1. Any advice/content shared will be for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal or tax advice, nor is it intended in any fashion to be a substitute for professional training and/or advice. You are encouraged to seek professional advice independent of, and relevant to your individual circumstances.

2. Any views or opinions are not intended to malign inter alia any religion, ethnic group, club, organization, company, or individual.

3. All connects/introductions/references by the Saarthi will be made in good faith. 

4. All information shared by you is at your own discretion and risk. You are not compelled to share any information with the Saarthi. You shall enter into a non-disclosure agreement with your Saarthi. You also acknowledge that you shall not disclose or share any details pertaining to the identity of your Saarthi to any person, without the prior written consent of the Saarthi.

5. In no event shall the Saarthi be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, contractual, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever of any kind, arising out of or, resulting in or, in any manner connected with your use or non-use of the information/guidance provided or otherwise acquired by virtue of your participation in M&A Helpline and communication with the Saarthi.

6. You acknowledge that the M&A Helpline programme serves only as an informal guidance, and does not attempt to, in any way, connect you with any potential acquirers.

7. You acknowledge that notwithstanding the terms of the NDA, your Saarthi can seek the advice of other Saarthis/persons regarding your specific circumstances, at his/her sole discretion.

8. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep indemnified and hold harmless the Saarthi from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with your participation in the M&A Helpline/communication with the Saarthi.

1. Any advice/content shared in the course of the M&A Helpline will be for informational purposes only and should not be taken as legal or tax advice. The M&A Helpline is intended as a free resource for members and all participating mentors are volunteers. SaaSBoomi does not screen the mentors or their comments, and the views expressed by program participants do not necessarily represent the views/opinions of SaaSBoomi. Any views or opinions are not intended to malign inter alia any religion, ethnic group, club, organization, company, or individual;
   
2. All connects/introductions/references will be made in good faith, and SaaSBoomi will not have any preference/say in your decision; 

3. Any unrealistic or unethical requests regarding a transaction/ stakeholders/ process will not be entertained;

4. All information shared by you is at your own discretion and risk. You are not compelled to share any information with Saasboomi. Any confidentiality agreement will be between you and your Saarthi, and SaaSBoomi shall have no responsibility or liability;

5. SaaSBoomi makes no representations, endorsements, warranties, or guarantees including but not limited to the mentors’ expertise, products, or services, and accepts no responsibility for the opinions and information exchanged. Reliance on any information provided is solely and completely at your own risk; therefore, we advise you to exercise a reasonable degree of caution in your use of any such information. This M&A Helpline is for educational purposes only and is not intended in any fashion to be a substitute for professional training and/or advice. You are encouraged to seek professional advice relevant to your individual circumstances.

In no event shall SaaSBoomi, its members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, contractual, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever of any kind, arising out of or, resulting in or, in any manner connected with your use or non-use of the information provided or otherwise acquired by virtue of your participation in M&A Helpline; 

7. SaaSBoomi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these terms and/or this M&A Helpline, or change the participating expert, at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice;

8. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep indemnified and hold harmless SaaSBoomi, its members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with your participation in the M&A Helpline; and

9. You acknowledge that the M&A Helpline programme serves only as an informal guidance, and does not attempt to in any way connect you with any potential acquirers.
