wellness, and software development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>94% of Girls reported the program supported them with career clarity, confidence, and self-awareness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>67% of 10th graders justified their stream choices with strong reasoning tied to their interests and shaping aspirations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Girls demonstrated higher self-confidence and realistic self-assessment post-intervention. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kal Ki Kirne gives Girls the courage to look ahead not just dream, but decide. Each session turns questions into direction, and direction into purpose.
