Period. Anyone today building, publishing &amp; sharing\u00a0<a class=\"ez ip\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Application_programming_interface\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">API\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0(Application Programming Interface ) are doing this on Postman. If not, they are doing it wrong. What\u00a0<a class=\"ez ip\" href=\"https:\/\/www.postman.com\/about-postman\/\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ankit, Abhinav &amp; Abhijeet<\/a>\u00a0have build today is being used by millions of developers everyday across the globe. As if, it always existed in the first place. I being a programmer myself always have a Postman collection always open on my desktop. He mentioned the values are a reflection of the founding team\u2019s mindset &amp; beliefs. This seeps in across teams top-down &amp; binds the organisation as a glue through good, bad &amp; tough times.<\/p>\n<p id=\"3846\" class=\"hp hq da hs b ht hu hv hw hx hy hz ia ib ic id ie if ig ih ii ij ik il im in cs dx\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">He mentioned about a sync between values, communication structures &amp; therefore the intended design of your organisation.<\/p>\n<p id=\"4744\" class=\"hp hq da hs b ht hu hv hw hx hy hz ia ib ic id ie if ig ih ii ij ik il im in cs dx\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">The legendary Mythical Man Month\u2019s \u2014\u00a0<a class=\"ez ip\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thoughtworks.com\/radar\/techniques\/inverse-conway-maneuver\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Inverse Conway Maneuver<\/a> was mentioned making the tech geeks like us present proud &amp; smiling. What he said &amp; recommended that every founder should make a conscious effort to evolve their team(s) and organizational structure to promote their desired architecture.
