Second is to ensure that your employees aren\u2019t stressed because they help us build long term companies. And then you find out, everybody is in the same boat with some degrees of differences. If you know everyone is in the same boat, it will make you feel better.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So how will this pandemic affect India\u2019s SaaS industry?\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think SaaS waves will accelerate going forward, of course not in the industries that are deeply impacted. After every crisis, the automation increases because you want to have self-reliant systems and lower your costs,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe question you should ask is\u2013is your business relevant anymore? If you are in an industry, which is not going to come back (for a long time) such as travel, then there\u2019s no point wasting your time,\u201d Manav says. \u201cThere\u2019s going to be a shift from mad growth at all costs, to sustainable and profitable growth.
