Be patient and courteous.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This community is run by volunteers and founders, who are passionate about supporting the SaaS ecosystem in India. Be patient and courteous to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be inclusive.\u200b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We welcome and support people of all backgrounds and identities. This includes, but is not limited to members of any sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, social and economic class, educational level, color, immigration status, sex, age, size, family status, political belief, religion, and mental and physical ability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be considerate.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u200b We all depend on each other to produce the best work we can as a community. Your decisions will impact your peers, and you should take those consequences into account when making decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be respectful.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u200b We won\u2019t all agree all the time, but disagreement is no excuse for disrespectful behavior. We will all experience frustration from time to time, but we cannot allow that frustration to become personal attacks. An environment where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is not a productive or creative one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose your words carefully.\u200b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Always conduct yourself professionally, during in-person events and on the digital platforms. Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down others. Harassment and exclusionary behavior aren\u2019t acceptable. This includes, but is not limited to: \u2013 Threats of violence. \u2013 Discriminatory jokes and language. \u2013 Sharing sexually explicit or violent material via electronic devices or other means. \u2013 Personal insults, especially those using racist or sexist terms. \u2013 Unwelcome sexual attention. \u2013 Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our differences can be our strengths.\u200b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We can find strength in diversity. Different people have different perspectives on issues, and that can be valuable for solving problems or generating new ideas. Being unable to understand why someone holds a viewpoint doesn\u2019t mean that they\u2019re wrong. Don\u2019t forget that we all make mistakes, and blaming each other doesn\u2019t get us anywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Respect the confidential part of the sessions.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
