Litigation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

iProbono represents vulnerable individuals before courts across the country. Cases come to us via our partner organisations, and in some instances, government stakeholders. Our team assigns the case to a suitable panel lawyer. While court appearances are primarily handled by panel lawyers, the iProbono Officer manages the case at all levels, including client care & liaison, legal research, maintaining documentation, and efficient case oversight.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Comprehensive Care<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our team provides holistic support to children in need of care and protection referred to us by Child Welfare Committees. Our social workers assist with enrolment in schools, provide support during medical termination of pregnancy, connect children to appropriate mental health professionals, and identify when a child is unsafe at home and needs to be placed in a care facility.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
