The summit takes place June 3-4, 2026 at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center in Schiphol, Netherlands.

Yes! We offer discounts for organizations registering 3 or more delegates. Contact us at registration@euarablegal.com for custom group packages and pricing.
Our cancellation policy:
- More than 60 days before event: Full refund minus €50 administration fee
- 30-60 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before event: No refund, but registration may be transferred to a colleague
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the summit, registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the new date.
Yes, registrations are transferable. Please notify us at least 14 days before the event with the replacement attendee’s details. Contact registration@euarablegal.com to arrange a transfer.

Travel & Visa
5 questionsThe Netherlands is part of the Schengen Area. Whether you need a visa depends on your nationality.
Generally:
- EU/EEA citizens: No visa required
- GCC nationals: Schengen visa typically required
- Other nationalities: Check with your local Dutch embassy
We recommend checking requirements well in advance and allowing 4-6 weeks for visa processing.
Yes! We provide official invitation letters for visa applications upon registration. The letter will be available for download immediately after your registration is confirmed.

This is the best part—you’re already there! The Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel is directly connected to Schiphol Airport via a covered walkway. Simply follow signs from the arrivals hall and walk straight to the hotel. No taxi, no transfer, no waiting.
Yes! Amsterdam Schiphol has excellent direct connections to the GCC and wider Arab region.

If you’re staying in Amsterdam city center, the easiest option is by train. Direct trains run frequently from Amsterdam Central Station to Schiphol Station, taking approximately 15 minutes. From Schiphol Station, the venue is a 5-minute covered walk.

Yes! We’ve negotiated a preferential room rate exclusively for EU-Arab Legal Summit attendees. The rate includes breakfast and WiFi. Details and booking links will be provided upon registration.
After completing your summit registration, you’ll receive an email with the exclusive booking link and rate code for the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel. Book early—rooms at the preferential rate are limited.
While we recommend the Sheraton for the best experience, there are other hotels in the Schiphol area. Note that any other hotel will require a taxi or shuttle to reach the venue.
Amsterdam city center hotels are also an option—the venue is approximately 15 minutes by train from Amsterdam Central.

Yes. All keynotes and panel sessions will be recorded. Full Access Pass holders will receive access to recordings within two weeks of the event. Conference Only Pass holders can purchase recording access separately.
All sessions will be conducted in English. We’re exploring simultaneous translation for select sessions—details will be confirmed closer to the event.
The networking lunch features themed roundtables where you can join discussions on specific topics of interest.

The EU-Arab Legal Awards recognize excellence in cross-border legal practice between Europe and the Arab world. Awards will be presented during the Gala Dinner on June 4th across multiple categories.
The gala dinner is included in both pass types. If you wish to bring an additional guest (spouse/partner) who is not attending the conference, please contact registration@euarablegal.com to arrange a separate gala ticket.
